Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped from our facility in the United States within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping isn't available yet — sign up for our newsletter to hear when that changes.
Carriers & delivery times
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave our facility, depending on your location.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please email us at hello@yoamma.com.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at hello@yoamma.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll make it right.
